Conf file is unresponsive/nonexisting

Conf file is unresponsive/nonexisting

The file says it has no content(47 bytes to be specific) and there's no way to open and edit it. Anyone what I'm doing wrong. Mac operator*

sendrawtransaction and txn-mempool-conflict When i sendrawtransaction to bitcoind, i get error (exceptions) 18: txn-mempool-conflict (use Bitcoin JSON-RPC denpamusic/php-bitcoinrpc ) But the transaction is sent to the network and is subsequently confirmed.
