creating new cryptocurrency and web wallet by forking bitcoin [on hold]

I am working on creating new cryptocurrency using the bitcoin opensource code.

For the web wallet development i want to use angular as frontend and back-end as python

1) How can i allow cusotmer to create their wallet ?

Do i need to store user email and password to the database ?

2) I want to make the functionality of web wallet like blockchain as they are using the mnemonics or pass phrase for the wallet backup .Blockchain is just providing the frontend wallet code , they are not providing the code for the web wallet services

3) are there any python libraries that allow us to create the web wallet directly ?

4) how block chain for the new cryptocurrency can be explored for each transactions ?

5) At the end last question how the web wallet flow work with respect to node computer ?

Is the web wallet directly make rpc calls to the node computer ? if yes then any hacker can get the rpc user name and password for the node computer and that will be major risk . Please correct me if i am correct in understanding
