Error opening block database

Error opening block database

When I try loading Bitcoin Core v0.16.1, I get the following error message:

If I click Abort, the app closes. If I click OK, I get the following message:

So I click OK again I get this message:

I let it rebuild the entire block database and after closing the app and then starting again, it still gives the first message:

I have checked the drive for bad blocks and the drive seems to be fine:

I downloaded Bitcoin Core v0.16.0 and got the same issue.

The problem started when I had a power outage and my computer shutdown unexpectedly.

How do I resolve this issue without downloading the entire blockchain again?
