How to read a transaction from a block? Who paid who?

I'd like to know how to read a 'transaction', so if we take an example of this transaction (which comes from block #520156) it's easy to spot that 'th' paid 'U8' 0.005BTC and '9E' paid 'Y5' 0.013BTC. but what are what are the 'DD' and the 'vf' for (marked in green)?

Also, why this transaction (..bac192) includes those 2 payments, are those payments related somehow? (shouldn't a transaction have one payment?)

How to discover startup flags or command-line options for bitcoind? I'd like to query the Bitcoin daemon (bitcoind) to find out what startup flags (command-line options) were sent to it on startup (or the current state if it has changed, e.g. -server=0/1 changing). For example, I may want to know if -addresstype, -disablewallet, -rescan, or -uacomment=<cmt> or some other flag has been set. Or for Namecoin, it would be very useful to know if -namehistory has been set. Is there an RPC or any other method to find out?
