electrum 3.1.3: incorrect balance (with p2sh addresses involved)

electrum 3.1.3: incorrect balance (with p2sh addresses involved)

I'm using electrum 3.1.3:

• If I add public bitcoin address 1Q7zx6cUVXDZpAJHgPQwbbZUfTKFFuEV6z with balance 0, the balance is correctly informed as 0 (and 0 transactions are shown in History tab).

• If I add a second bitcoin address 1GK3btZr57VDEQvwpib6Qhj479Ckzt8z2n with balance 0, now the balance for the first address change to 10 bits (!).

• If the second address 1GK3btZr57VDEQvwpib6Qhj479Ckzt8z2n is removed, the balance returns to 0, and 0 transactions are shown in History tab.

How can this be possible?

It seems that the there're P2SH transactions involved, but I can't understand how this can affect balances: aren't public bitcoin address balances traceable?
